Your interest in using Creatively Poured is appreciated and held in high regard. All customers choosing Creatively Poured for floral preservation will be contacted before a deposit is requested. Throughout the agreement period until your piece is finished and returned back to you, information collected through this website and/or through personal contact information i.e email, phone, text will only be used for the purpose of designing and completing your piece.

At Creatively Poured your privacy and information collected will only be used in regards to creating your piece and contacting you throughout the preservation and/or keepsake process.

This privacy policy applies to visitors on this website with regards to the information they share and/or collect from Creatively Poured.

Personal information collected is used for the purpose to have more details when making your piece and/or providing an accurate quote with shipping. We at Creatively Poured ensure your information is only used for these purposes.

Disclaimer

Customers acknowledge and agree that it is the buyer's responsibility to follow proper instructions when packing and shipping their bouquet. Creatively Poured is not held liable and reserves the right to refuse service for flowers and/or items that arrive damaged or is lost in transit.

Return Policy

All flower preservation and keepsake orders are final sale.

For flower preservation, there is a $100 non-refundable deposit that goes towards your final amount. Once the final design is approved, you will be required to pay the remaining amount so the pouring process can begin.
