Shipping Policy
Keepsakes
All keepsake orders take approximately 1–4 weeks to process before shipping, depending on the item. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Floral Preservation
Floral preservation orders require 8–12 weeks before shipping. Please note that during peak seasons, processing times may be longer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because each keepsake is custom-made, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, your happiness matters to us—if you have any concerns with your order, please reach out and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
