Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All Keepsakes orders take approximately 1 -4 weeks for processing before it if shipped out depending on the item. Please let us know if you need something for a specific date and we can try to accommodate that timing.
Floral Preservation orders take 8-12 weeks before shipping. During high peak seasons these processing times can increase.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges are not accepted. All flower preservation and keepsake orders are final sale. If you have any issues with your order please contact us.
